Welcome to Commercial Kitchen Consultant (CKC), a leading consulting firm established in 2001 by Mr.Jenvit Ratnayake, a veteran hotelier and graduate of Ceylon Hotel School – School of Tourism and Hotel Management. With a distinguished career as a Fine Dining Manager, Chef, Banquet Manager, Hotel
Resident Manager, and Hotel Manager in renowned establishments such as Le Meridien Hotels and Aitken Spence Hotels, Mr. Ratnayake’s passion for the industry drove him to create CKC.

Mr. Lalith has over 30 years of experience in hospitality, specializing in F&B operations, kitchen management, and sales marketing. He holds a degree from Ceylon Hotel School, a French Diploma, and excel in interior design for kitchens, bars, and laundries.

Mr. Rogger holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and boasts extensive experience in the hospitality industry. With a specialty in mechanical engineering and a talent for creating stunning kitchen and bar interiors, our engineer brings a winning combination of skills to each project.

Our Consultant Chef is an expert in kitchen management and culinary judging. He also serves as a lecturer at Angliss Hospitality and Catering Management Services, bringing a wealth of culinary experience and knowledge to our clients.

Ms. Udayangani is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in hotel account management and human resources management, with a strong financial background, and in-depth knowledge of HR practices.

We sincerely thank to CKC for assisting us in advising to design 760 bed Hospital main kitchen to cater 3450 Hospital wards ,Doctors, and staff kitchen from the point of receiving delivery to serving process to Wards and its administrative planning also entire two kitchens lay out and making both kitchens BOQ for supplying equipment with exhaust plan With fresh Air system and Floor Drain System.
